UAA General Council Confirmed: APSARUS, Our New Brand

The name of our society consists seven words and its abbreviation is rather a long one. However this name has to include all of the necessary characters. The term we used from the foundation, Asian-Pacific Society of Reconstructive Urology and Andrologic Surgeons (APSRUAS) is such a proper name. However, as a Brand, you need to consider even more details including an easy name which is pronounced and remembered without any difficulty. We decided to change the order of some words, so that the abbreviation can be read as a word itself. The new title was selected and confirmed by UAA General Council recently has the above mentioned features. Asian-Pacific Society of Andrologic and Reconstructive Urologic Surgeons (APSARUS) is our new brand. Please follow us with this new name.
